Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

Client to Law, LLC ("Client to Law," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and AI-assisted intake service (the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you use our AI intake assistant ("Airik"), submit our contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, zip code, age, and details about your legal matter (for example, the type of incident, relevant dates, and other facts you choose to share).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data (e.g., pages visited, time spent) — through standard server logs.

We do not knowingly collect more sensitive personal information than is reasonably necessary to understand your legal matter and connect you with an appropriate attorney.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Match you with an independent attorney appropriate to your matter and location;
  • Contact you about your submission, including to schedule a free consultation;
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
  • Comply with applicable law.

3. AI-Assisted Intake

Airik, our AI intake assistant, is powered by Google's Gemini AI models. Conversations you have with Airik are processed by Google to generate responses and structure the information you provide. Airik is not an attorney, does not provide legal advice, and does not place a value on any case. Using Airik does not create an attorney-client relationship with Client to Law or any attorney in our network.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • With a matched attorney — so they can contact you and provide a free consultation about your matter;
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations, including cloud hosting and database storage (Google Cloud / Firebase), AI processing (Google Gemini / Vertex AI), and email delivery;
  • For legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Client to Law, our users, or others; and
  • In connection with a business transfer — such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

6. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you certain rights over your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and why;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale/share to opt out of. To submit a privacy request, contact us at support@client2law.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.

7. Your Privacy Rights (All Users)

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at support@client2law.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a limited number of functional cookies necessary for the Service to work — for example, to keep a staff member signed in to the admin portal. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Service may link to third-party websites or tools (for example, a booking page to schedule your consultation). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
