Are you a law firm? Do you provide legal advice?+
No. Client to Law is not a law firm, and neither our AI assistant nor our team provides legal advice or places a value on your case. We connect you with independent, licensed attorneys who can advise you directly.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. The initial consultation with a matched attorney is free, with no obligation to hire them afterward.
How does the process work?+
You'll answer a short series of questions through our chat assistant about your situation. If your case fits within our current network, we match you with an attorney and do our best to connect you right away.
What kind of cases do you handle?+
Right now we handle Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, and Labor Law matters. We're actively growing our network — if your situation isn't listed, tell our assistant anyway; that tells us what to add next.

Am I talking to a real person or an AI?+
Our assistant, Airik, is AI — never a human — and will always say so plainly, whether that's the first thing you see or something you ask later. You can request a team member at any point.
How quickly will someone contact me?+
Once matched, we try to connect you immediately, including a live call attempt during business hours. If that's not possible right away, the attorney's office follows up shortly after.
Will I get a text message?+
Only if you opt in. You'll get one confirmation text about your case; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Is my information kept private?+

What if I already have a lawyer for this matter?+
Let us know right away — we're not able to assist with a case that already has representation.
Can I use Client to Law in Spanish?+
Yes. Our assistant detects the language you write in and continues the conversation in English or Spanish accordingly.
