These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Client to Law website and AI-assisted intake service (the "Service"), operated by Client to Law, LLC ("Client to Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Client to Law provides an AI-assisted intake service that asks about your legal situation and, where we currently have coverage, connects you with an independent attorney for a free consultation. Client to Law is not a law firm. Attorneys in our network are independent and are not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not provide legal advice, do not represent you in any legal matter, and do not place a value on any case.
2. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
Nothing on this website or in a conversation with our AI intake assistant ("Airik") constitutes legal advice. Using the Service — including completing an intake conversation with Airik — does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Client to Law, or between you and any attorney, until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you.
3. AI-Assisted Communications
Airik is an artificial intelligence tool. While we design it to be accurate and helpful, AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete or mistaken. Information you provide to Airik may be shared with a matched attorney to facilitate your consultation. You should confirm any important information directly with your attorney rather than relying solely on anything Airik says.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information;
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose — seeking legal representation;
- Not use the Service in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent manner, or to harass or harm any person; and
- Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Submitting information through the Service does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your matter, that a consultation will occur, or any particular outcome for your case. Free consultations are provided at the discretion of the independent attorney you are matched with.
7. Fees
Client to Law does not charge you to use our intake and matching service. Any fee arrangement for legal representation is between you and the attorney you retain, and is not set or controlled by Client to Law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Client to Law name, logo, and website content are owned by Client to Law, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools (for example, scheduling software to book a consultation). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client to Law and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Client to Law harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law

14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@client2law.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
